ALL OUR WHEELS ARE BACKED BY A 3-YEAR WARRANTY! Proud of the durability and reliability of our steel wheels, we offer a three-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our manufacturing processes and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE AND CONDITIONS

• Structural Coverage : Any failure of the wheel structure (center, rim, bolt holes) resulting from a manufacturing defect.

• Loss of Air Pressure (Air Leak) : Loss of air pressure caused by a manufacturing defect or imperfection.

• Stress cracks : Stress cracks not caused by an impact.

• Runout : Radial or lateral runout exceeding 0.008 in., measured prior to installation and with no signs of impact.

NON-COVERED RISKS (EXCLUSIONS)

• Corrosion and Finishing : Surface rust, pitting, paint peeling, or discoloration resulting from exposure to environmental elements (salt, chemicals),
  negligence, or improper maintenance are not covered.

• External Damage : Any damage caused by road conditions (such as potholes), accidents, impacts, overloading, misuse, or improper use is not covered.

• Installation : Damage caused by improper installation or the use of non-compliant hardware is not covered.

• Alterations : Modified, repaired, or otherwise altered wheels are not covered.

• "As Is" Sales : Products sold on clearance and explicitly identified as “as-is” are not covered.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS FOR OUR RETAILERS

To ensure efficient service, please follow the procedure below for all warranty claims:

Initial Inspection 

It is the retailer’s responsibility to perform an initial inspection of the wheel returned by the consumer to determine whether the issue meets the criteria covered under our warranty.

Required Documentation

If you believe the claim may be valid, please contact our Customer Service Department and provide the following:

• The original invoice number from your purchase with us.

• Clear, high-quality photos showing the alleged defect.

• A brief description of the issue reported by the customer.
